Knitting
We tie up with reputed knitting division, have set up the most advanced and versatile production facility. Single Jersey, All Feeder Lycra from Dia 18 to 36 with 24 / 28 GG, Smart machineries. The garments are manufactured in most sophisticated machines using the latest state of the art knitting technology.
Dyeing
We tie up with advanced Softflow Dyeing division, who has Imported Soft Flow Dyeing Machines, which can provide richness to the garment due to even dyeing. We can offer a wide variety of finishes Stone Wash, Enzyme wash, Tinting, Sand Blasting, Whiskering and coatings. 100 Tones Production capacity monthly.
Printing
We outsource printing jobs to printing division uses colours that delight, with the help of Azo-free dyes, Plastisol, Glitter, Pigment and foil prints to provide photo-quality prints.
Embroidery
We outsource embroidery works, who Operated with up-to-the-minute computerized Embroidery machines from Tajima 9 colour 20 head with a capacity of 12,000 pcs / day, we offer very intricate embroideries as desired by the customers. We use completely automatic embroidery machines to achieve high level of bulk accuracy. We also have the facility to provide hand embroideries for the complicated patterns.
Sewing
We have modernized stitching units and our all department well experienced & skilled employees are working. The over lock and flat lock machines are from Pegasus-Japan and lock stitch are from Juki-Japan. All the machines are fixed with auto thread trimmer and dust collector. Total no. of machines 60. Our production capacity 2000 Pcs/day. Having In-house Production line up like Cutting, Cheking, Ironing & Packing with team of Skilled Labours.
